Such agreements will detail the scope of work, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and other project-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall control.
Initial consultations are provided at no charge. Project estimates and proposals are based on information provided by the client and preliminary site assessments. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, material costs, and any changes requested by the client. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We accept payment via check, wire transfer, or credit card (processing fees may apply).
We guarantee exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Our work is warranted as follows:
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made by parties other than North Bay Remodel.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in a written change order, signed by both parties, before work proceeds. Change orders may affect the project timeline and cost. We will provide updated pricing and timeline estimates for all requested changes before proceeding.
We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
We will communicate promptly about any delays and work to minimize impact on the project schedule.
We will obtain all necessary permits and approvals required for your project, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Permit costs are typically included in project estimates but may be billed separately in some cases. The client is responsible for obtaining any homeowners association (HOA) approvals that may be required.
Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during construction, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other areas that must be accessed or used during the course of work. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all team members.
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Bay Remodel's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sonoma County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
All designs, plans, and creative work produced by North Bay Remodel remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. We retain the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
These Terms and any service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
